This self published edition is not uploaded to the online publisher yet, and I probably won't have it uploaded until sometime in December or even early Jan. I have done this in the past and sent out emails to students too let them know that etc book will be coming in early Jan. And I also make the PDF of the book available to all students on Blackboard well before class starts.
