We will be using the 3rd edition of Manning & Stephenson, LEGISLATION & REGULATION textbook. You are welcome to use any edition of the textbook (1-4) but the pages that I assign for reading & the syllabus will be keyed to the 3rd edition. There should be a 3rd edition available in the Law Library (to figure out pagination or grab the few cases that are different between editions).
