Established by the Rome Statute

International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY)

Established May 23, 1993 by UN Security Resolution 827/1993

International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR)

Established November  8, 1994 by UN Security Resolution 955/1994
