International Arbitration : General Online Resources

Information concerning the status of The American Law Institute's project to create a Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration. The first tentative draft was approved in 2010.

Maintained by the Pace University Institute of International Commercial Law and the Pace Law Library, this site includes cases and scholarly material on the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), a uniform sales law that has been adopted by 76 countries.

The ita site provides access to all publicly available investment treaty awards; information and resources relating to investment treaties and investment treaty arbitration; and links to further resources.

A platform for discussion and debate, providing regular reporting on developments and trends in international investment law.

LexMercatoria.org is hosted by the Law Faculty of the University of Oslo and provides access to the full texts of various international arbitration conventions, rules, and model laws.
