This annual publication should be used in conjunction with Treaties In Force (available through Hein Online). Access is by a combined subject index for both bilateral and multilateral treaties, as well as by numerical and country index.

This series is the first official publication of new treaties and agreements -- slip treaties -- and is later bound in U.S.T. There is a lag time of about 5 years.
