The National Conference of State Legislatures maintains an Election Resources site with 50-State Data Resources on topics including voter registration, voter ID, absentee and early voting, and voting equipment. 

Federal Regulations

Regulations promulgated by the EAC are published throughout the year in the Federal Register and once a year in the Code of Federal Regulations. These regulations are located in Title 11, Chapter 2 (links to the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations/e-CFR).
